About me: My story is rather ordinary, I'm a 47 year old who drank wine every day and had a few bottoms before the BIG one. I lost my health, became a daily morning to night black out drinker. I detoxed at home and called AA on the 3rd day and the rest is history in the making. Wow. The obsession was lifted so I was very lucky. Going through alot with learning to deal with emotions. I'm a mental health professional so shame fear and pride was a biggie for me... entering my third year of sobriety and growing spiritually as well.
