About me: I am 38 years old and I am an addict. I battled addiction for many years until May 14, 2005 when my body decided that it had enough and was starting to give out on me. The road to recovery has been a wonderful experience and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. It is amazing how clearly thinking can become when a person is not under the influence. I am grateful for the support that I have received from my family.
