Hi Liz just playing around on Soberfolks looking for others the same age as me! I'm Irish American and my paternal grandfather was from Mountain Barracks, Cork. I was fortunate to visit his childhood home back in 1993, as well as my paternal grandmother's home in Ballyporeen, Tipperary. It was am amazing trip. First one I took sober & alone. I hope to come back again someday soon & would love to meet you for a meeting. Have friend in Donegal that I met back in 1999 that I went to see in 2001 and celebrated my 11 Anniversay in Shannon! I have been truly blessed with the friends I have met along this road and if you ever find yourself in the Philadephia area please get in touch....we can share coffee and a meeting! Peace~Eileen
