About me: I say I belong to the Garbage Head Group because when I went to long term treatment there was a group there that met at Midnight using candle light and we talked about everything and how it pertained to our Alcoholism. It was wonderful how freeing the darkness was to allow us to talk about the things we didn't normally talk about. Online groups sort of give you the same anonymity without being in the dark because no one can see the other person and can feel free to speak freely.

I've never been known for keeping my opinion to myself and it's not likely to start now. I do like to think that I temper truth with justice.

My favorite saying and I use it all the time is:
If no one has told you today that they love you, I just did. Be good to yourself and have a FANTASTIC DAY!
